We understand that protecting our employees is a core value, and we have embarked on a safety journey to help ensure their safety.

Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) is an Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) initiative that encourages private industry and federal agencies to prevent workplace injuries and illnesses through hazard prevention and control, worksite analysis, and training. Embracing the elements of VPP encourages ECFG management and employees to collaborate not only internally, but cooperatively with OSHA. Our goal is not just to comply with industry standards, but to exceed them! At ELLWOOD, safety is not just a word to be spoken, but a mindset, a way of being that permeates all we do. From entry level employees to executives, safety is everyone's job!
